My partner is a practicing CRNA with 20+ years of locums experience and was a former partner in an established locum tenens agency. I bring more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.

Our philosophy is a departure from the same tired rhetoric that most of the big agencies live by. Concepts like, “You’re interested in this assignment, great…fill out these 20 pages and fax all your credentials to the hospital in the next 10 minutes. We can probably get you in,” or, “The economy has slowed, so we are going to have to drop your hourly rate and eliminate your expenses on this assignment” (translation: we’re taking part of your rate to increase our fees to make up for the market shortfall.
